Thomas Tolman

Thomas Tolman is an Author, Speaker, and the Creator of The 7 Gears Program, which focuses on leadership, high performance, business collaboration, and personal growth.

He has led multiple award-winning programs through the University of Denver Research Institute and other national initiatives. Tom has authored numerous research-based works and has served as a guest presenter for IT industry associations, the FCC, the U.S. State House and Senate, the National Press Club, and various universities.  He holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Technology Management from the University of Denver.

Tolman's work has been featured in numerous publications, including Police Chief, RCR, NCJRS, Mission Critical, USA Today, and served as guest/member presenter to APCO, NENA, IJIS, RCA, Texas Sheriff Association, First Response Coalition, IWCE, FCC, SUNY-IT, Denver University, the National Press Club and many others. He is the recipient of awards from Mission Critical Publications, APCO Intl Project RETAINS, RCA Fellow, NIJ Outstanding Service, and the APCO Intl. Presidential Award.
